- You deeply value your NSP membership—77% of respondents gave us a 4 or 5 out of 5, consistent with our strong results in 2018.

- Camaraderie and community lead the way as top reasons members stay engaged. Our shared bond—on and off the hill—is clearly at the heart of what we do.

- Pro deals and educational opportunities also ranked high, showing how much our members value the financial benefits and the ability to continue learning.

- Relationships within patrols remain strong, and members described their patrol cultures as open, inclusive, and welcoming.

- Perhaps most telling: The average NSP member has been with us for over 20 years—a testament to the lasting connections and commitment that define this organization.
