Several National Ski Patrol members joined colleagues from all over the world in Riksgränsen, Sweden to build connections and learn from each other. The week-long event included on-snow and classroom education sessions as well as social opportunities to build connections across our industry.

The Fédération Internationale des Patrouilles de Ski (FIPS) is the international organization representing ski patrol and associated ski safety organizations with membership from throughout the world. The organization holds a World Congress every other year. NSP's membership allows its members to participate in World Congress events. These congresses offer ski patrollers from around the world the chance to learn from one another, grow together, and benefit from each other's experiences.

The next World Congress is tentatively scheduled to take place in Canada (2026).
